Still the same problem, have to keep recycling the home theater?

It happens while we are watching TV, or a recorded tape. It only happens while we have the home theatre speakers working, the TV speakers are turned off. The TV is a Toshiba 62 in model HM62196 the home theatre is a LG, model number is LHE9674
